We’ve run several series of workshops teaching people over 65 how to use computers and smartphones for everyday tasks: booking medical appointments, downloading test results, staying in touch with family and friends on social media, using public administration services online, buying plane tickets or booking a bus or train.The tutors were groups of H-FARM students, who brought real empathy, sensitivity, and a willingness to listen.Partners: ULSS 2 (the local public health authority), Fondazione Città di Roncade
