H for Human, the H-FARM Foundation
The H-FARM Foundation making education more accessible in the AI era: scholarships, digital skills, inclusion, research. Become a partner.
We create opportunities so everyone can reach their potential and help their community grow.
STAY HUMAN.
The next generations deserve a world where the more machines learn, the more people matter. That’s why we’re rethinking education for the people who’ll hold the future we build today.
About us
THE FUTURE IS A SHARED RESPONSIBILITY.
We connect the people, companies, and institutions imagining how humanity evolves, and we open education to those at risk of being left behind.
TALENT IS EVERYWHERE.
Opportunity shouldn’t depend on where you’re born. We make sure the right tools reach the people who have the potential but not the conditions to use it.
Our mission
We’re the H-FARM foundation, and we believe closing the gap between the pace of technology and the pace of learning is one of the biggest educational challenges of our time. It can’t come down to luck or privilege. So we fund scholarships, bring digital and AI skills into schools and communities, and connect the people imagining what humanity will become next.
The world is evolving faster than school. It takes about 16 years to complete an education, AI needs just 7 to change how we live and work. For the first time, the world is changing faster than we can make sense of it.

Humanity Future Lab - WE21
For over 15 years we’ve been asking ourselves where education is headed and how the next generations learn. Technology puts almost any piece of information within reach in seconds, and what we learn risks going out of date far sooner than we expect. The questions get deeper: what does it mean to educate today? What’s still worth teaching? How should schools and universities change? What role should teachers play? And which deeply human abilities will matter even more?Humanity Future Lab was born out of a desire to stop and think about what’s really changing, and to imagine how education should evolve, alongside people with different experiences, skills, and points of view.
